Separating those tiny, stubborn skins from the cloves can be a time-consuming and sometimes frustrating task, often leaving your fingers sticky and smelling strongly of garlic for hours. But what if I told you there’s a simple, incredibly effective kitchen hack that allows you to peel an entire head of garlic in under a minute? Get ready to revolutionize your meal prep!

Here’s how to effortlessly peel a whole head of garlic in mere seconds: First, take a garlic bulb and use the palm of your hand to firmly press down on it. This action helps to loosen and separate the individual cloves from the central base. Once the cloves are separated, gather all the unpeeled cloves and place them into a sturdy glass bowl. The key is to find a bowl with a tight-fitting lid, or if you don’t have one, you can simply cover the bowl tightly with a plate.
